About I thought the way these two flowers were reaching through each other looked very neat, so neat in fact that I shot it in full sun, which I don't normally do with florals. 1/500, f5.0, ISO 50, super macro. Suggestions very welcome!

Thanks for looking!

Wonderful angle and those interlocking petals are neat. The DOF is spot on. Thankyou so much Tiffany for your wonderful comments on my images.

this is awesome tiff! by far my fave of all of your florals. i think shooting in full sun added so much to it too.. the color and intensity that the bright light and dark shadows provide is wonderful and your dof is off the charts.

where's that thumbs up smiley when you need it! ;D

Kate was right, the sunshine has made the blooms jump of the screen - great image with lots of detail and texture shown. Superb. :~}

I agree, a lovely intertwining of petals, it is very appealling. I also like the colours, even though they were shot in full Sun we are still treated to their delicate texture and the subtle fade to purple near the centre.

Thanks.
