Hi Judi, i really really like this one! The green background is wonderfull and the drops on the glass are wonderfull sharp. I think it is a silent picture altough rain could be quite noisy. Really nice play with emotion in this one!

Thanks Manu. It is actually the bonnet of my hubbys car...a silver Mitsubishi Triton. The original was great and considering I only got to take one image as he had already started the car and was driving away, I think I got it pretty well. I added the green filter to make it bright and happy, because rain here is a real treat.

Heh! for some reason I didn't think about the way the green in your image really emphasizes life and growth that the rain brings. :)
I actually grew up in Papua New Guinea (just north of Aussie Land), and the rain there is often very dark and powerful, torrenting buckets with little or no warning, so I think that's more my general feeling about rain, but I love the theme of life, too!

Woah! I hadn't even seen this photo, but I took a photo this morning that is of water drops kinda like this! I think your photo looks better, though :) I love the way each drop is almost perfectly round, that looks so awesome!
