Thanks Keith, all your comments greatly appreciated. Really happy with my red B&W ones... easy once you know how. Thanks again for the insight on how to do that )

Took a while to find your 'floodgate' image... though well worth the hunt. can't remember seeing that one.. may be one that was on before my UF time... its an excellent photo... love what you have done with it.

As for going back to Dunstanburgh... it's my favourite place, so I grab any chance I get to go over there... though with a lack of transport I don't get over that way as much as I would like... maybe a visit is called for in the summer... nice little 'family outing' as Marky puts it.. lol

Look forward to hearing the idea you have.

lovely shot Sue. The archway works beautifully as both a frame and the main subject too. Well done not getting the archway overexposed and the tunnel underexposed when taking this - soooo easy to do! You have a great portfolio! I'm just going to take a bit of time and savour it all now....

Have a look at my floodgate its of the same arch.
(Got another canny idea for this one Sue, but you might have to go back there)
I like the way the arch draws your eye down the middle of the arch.
Great work
