He really had a way with the camera. I have intentionally left the left eye in shadow for effect. I read somewhere that if you choose to do that, to make sure you can still get a catchlight in the eye in shadow. I hope it works, what do you think?
Thanks Jan! Yes, I think you're right. A little more contrast might be good. The more contrasty I go though, the darker the shade on the left side of his face. So I tried to take it easy.
