The limited depth of field really makes me conjure so much of this image in my own mind. I think your framing is excellent: the lone focus point at the 1/3 level. Yessss!

I'm looking these days for a wide-angled lens with a macro mode for my D100... do you think the 105mm is better...

Hi chris, the problem is I don?t wear my glasses when taking pictures, and my eyes are too dry I cant wear contact-lenses
So it?s a bit difficult for me to focus especially with minimum DOF, but I love shallow dof!

I keep going back to flora!
Its just that this patch of lilies have the strangest looking pollen ever!
They are all twisted and tousled, which is irresistible to a flora mania

I have to confess, I edited the colors and levels to make it more vivid, instead of the real color, which is so close to the colors in Tangled.
