Tiffany, I like the pose and your friend is pretty, but I'm not a fan of images with the subject in the center and therefore IMHO, a crop such as I've attached would add to the creativity of the image.

Hi Tiffiny, I like the expression...twinkle in eyes and slight knowing smile, as well as the natural light from the side. I think it can be a little more dramatic with a bit more contrast and overall darkening.I tried it in PSP but will load result only if OK with you. Nice portrait.
