I agree with Mark - this could certainly be in Amsterdam! I never would've picked anywhere in conservative TX for this kind of outfit - maybe the lady just gave her notice? :) A splendid shot, reminds me of the movie "Maniquin".

Oh, nice capture, Mark! So many things come to mind looking at this - I know prom season is coming up, but seriously, who would wear this in public? Fishnet hose, gold shoes, and a red toothache rag in her hair ... and yet, one assumes the window dresser knows her audience. ;)
