30s? wow, thats a long exposure. i havent done any slow shutter speeds with water longer than 2s myself. at any rate, you have a good result here.

Great shot with excelent lighting and that green reasly grabs you. If you want the waterfall to be the main focus, I would crop a little bit at th top. Keep up the good work.
