Hi Cheryl, I worked with The Nature Conservancy down in Costa Rica per one year. I came back in June last year. Then, after I finished with the conservancy I traveled per 5 months all over my beloved country. For my book about the lives and experiences of park rangers, I interview almost 40 people. During those interviews I took most of the pictures that I have from my country. I am currently living in Cupertino California and every time I have a chance, I go out to take pictures, either in the Monterey Peninsula, Año Nuevo, Tomales Point or the Palo Alto Bay lands.
I am glad that you have a good time down there. I agree with you, that little place is a wonderful country.
The US is also a wonderful country too. I feel very privilege to have the best of both worlds.

Did you just get back from there? We came home Saturday from Costa Rica where I had my Canon stolen on our first day. It was a Digital Rebel too. HUMMM. Just teasing. :) We were in Mal Pais on the West Coast. Hope you had fun. We didn't get to see these guys this upclose - but we did see one hanging in the tree at the Bio-Park in San Jose. What a wonderful country it is there. Good job with the sighting.
