About pointing at the zone also a trick.
shot from the hip three failures out of many. did have some success but so what. Am trying a tamron 24mm (adaptall-1) that I tried once and was disappointed with. I'm suspecting I need to try it at high speeds at medium apertures and I'll be happy. Such apetures required by this shooting with out looking stuff so I can guess focus right. This is fun. Who gets paid for it nowadays? I spent hours squinting at f42 and 1.4 this past year, this spontaneous stuff is a blast.

It's great! What the hell do you want!
I think from time to time we should just forget all the techniques, go with the flow and follow just our instincts.
Excellent!

Lots of fun and the essence of dog on beach. :) Keep this up and he'll perform every time you pick up a camera. I love this. :)

If you like wide angles, zone focusing and shooting from the hip, not to mention old lenses, you might enjoy the rangefinder experience! It's a pity there's only one, rather expensive, digital RF. But if you could put up with scanning negatives to CD-ROM, as I do, you might have a lot of fun. This triptych is an interesting way to create something good from three "failures" and it works very well.

Great dog, looks like a lot of fun. I like the three framed picture and the pink tint, it adds a romantic quality to the pictures. Good job.
