Many thanks for your comment, John. I?m glad you liked the image. As far as the frames for this series are concerned, I was looking to create a ?poster art? feel that I thought was appropriate to the subject. I also decided that in those images with large areas of black (?Zip Disc? and ?Mission Accomplished? especially), the way the image merged into the frame added to the overall effect and emphasised the different non-rectangular shapes. I?m still in two minds about frames in general, and think it also depends on where the images will be displayed. What works well against the plain white Usefilm background might not work so well against other backgrounds. I was considering adopting a single style of frame but can see I need to give this some more thought.
