Hi Ya Carlheinz! Slarti looks exactly like a pentax *ist-ds. In fact "pentax", "*ist" and "ds" is written on him. The smc da 18-55 lens is the cheapest lens you can buy with that camera. There is a nicer lens with slightly wider angle available. I'm only in the market for cheap cheap screw mounts right now. They're fine for me. I suspect the new canons have a better 3200. In some conditions Slarti does it well, some not, still trying to work out what factor has it producing ugly linear noise some days. Thanks for the support. If you ever see a blam blam blam album on vinyl in N.Y. you may purchase it I hope.
