Wow, great scene. Love the way the perspective gives you the steep angle of the seaside. Is that a cog rail car that takes you down? Very cool. -mm

What a stunning view .. would like to visit this some time .. Saltburn, noted in my little book !!!
Southcoast of England ?
And it looks like you actually stood on the tracks, great view !!
The red colours really stand out against the rest of the picture ..

Knowing your exceptional skills with PS, my first reaction to this is, "is it real?" I know you seldom reply to comments/questions, so I guess this question is just for my own satisfaction. Somehow, this has the look of an early 20th century B&W postcard where someone coloured it afterwards. I seem to remember a shot of this pier that didn't have a funicular railway... Puzzling. But a really great image, as so many of your creations are! There are more of your photos in my favourites than anyone else's, despite a fundamental difference of attitude to photography and the proper uses of PS. A sincrere tribute to your skill, Kevin!

Very nice perspective and colors ! Did you dodge the foreground a bit ? There is a transition of luminance in the fences that looks a bit uneven. Regards; Carsten

Great perspective and composition. Trust that those cables are scrupulously examined or one might ride the cars to the end of the dock! Nice work

Great shot Kevin... Love the symmetry and the colours. With a little work in PS this could easily look like a Victorian postcard! Superb and beautiful shot.
