Oh, and thanks for the comment on the presentation. I really appreciate it as I've received quite a lot of negative comments on it in the past, although I still believe it is appropriate for this style of image.

Many thanks, Pradnya. Actually, it really is a plastic water bottle, a CD and a bright light - all that stuff about a filter was just a silly joke... Seems we have some photographic interests in common!

I see you are taking this project very seriously and developing some original "perspectives" on objects that make them quite unrecognisable! I'm impressed that they make such beautiful images.

Thanks for your comment, Cameny. It could be because I was hand holding the camera (couldn't get the tripod into the tight space I was working in) and hand holding the bottle - this is actually just an image of the bottom of the bottle viewed from inside, with the light reflected off the CD below it.

Really nice abstraction AJ, I just miss some sharpness here, I don't know if this filter is the reason for it, or it was just slightly out of focus. One way or another, very successful work.

Thanks for your comment Saeed. I guess it's time to add a bit about the "filter". This was supposed to be a joke: all I really did was cut the top off a water bottle and stick the camera lens inside.

Thanks for the idea Sally! In Poland, no one much goes for olives in their vodka - apple juice or bison grass (don't ask...) OK, but not olives. Maybe the glasses are too small, which means they could make a big splash!!!
