Nicely presented, well lit and great clarity. I like the highlights on the leaves especially. You were closest with my guess what btw, frozen condensation is what it actually was. David

I bought this locally in about1965. My parents had an identical one and at about age 4 my son was so intrigued with it he begged me to get one just like theirs. I found an identical one and it still works fine even though I did need to repair it once. Thanks for you comment. Del.

Neat clock shot, Del. Did you get this in Germany? Here's mine that I bought in Bad Kreuznach, Germany, in 1970. It still works and the cuckoo bird comes out of the hour and half-hour.

Yep, it's half past a quarter to two Del. Great shot of the sort of timepiece not seen very often nowadays. Is it a fully working cuckoo clock. Is so catch it on the hour, we can include it in our joint publication. Again , fabulous presentation. Den
