Very nice shot. The way the ice covered rocks mimic the clouds, the "God rays" shine from the break in the clouds, and the sky is reflected in the water are all wonderful. The exposure is absolutely spot on. The only issue I see is that I would personally like the composition shifted slightly higher and to the left. The lighthouse seems to be getting crowded out of the upper left hand corner of the frame as the picture is currently composed.
