I like what you've done with the retouch. My friends all seem to be having babies and want pictures of them. I decided to do some studying (babies aren't my thing!) and found yours, my favorite by far.

thank you very much! Funny you should comment on this photo at this very moment because it was taken about 2 years ago and I decided TODAY that I should pull it up and re-work it since I feel I have a little more knowledge now than I did then! LOL

David, I was also a bit bummed about the scrunching of the ear on this one. I was hoping it wouldn't distract too much from the rest of the photo.
This was more of a candid moment, actually. It wasn't posed at all. I was doing something to the camera and as I finished I looked up and caught mommy doing this  ) So I was lucky to get it at all!

this is really a nice moment, but the thumb pushing the ear spoil a little for me. The pose looks uncomfortable for the baby. I really don't want to sound so negative, it just doesn't feel relaxed and tender to me.
