Essentially I agreed with you, but I can't remember exactly what I said... something about there being plenty of other talent, so that we don't really need to keep recycling the same old "choices" again and again. There's a lot of that, as you must have noticed.

Hi Baki,
thanks a lot for mentioning my name ;-)
in fact, it seems that the sign is pretty useless (if you look at the garbage). I like the high contrast look here, the emptyness of the wall and fore sure the smoke =)
nice catch, my friend.
best wishes,
thilo

fantastic journalistic presentation of a "problem"... the contrasts and tones works really well to give a very realistic result that hits directly the viewer... very well done... emy

Impressive use of understatement to make a very important point. Hmmm. Maybe you are picking up some English habits?

Superb tones and textures in this minimal composition. Excellent (somehow ironic) presentation. Well done. Lenore Blck

...maby the message wasn?t written big enough?!!!! I can imagine the smell....also smoke, could be dangerous for those who live there. Somehow minimal, somehow too much! If you see what i mean.
