This is a very strong image Thilo... Beautiful composition... Love the contrast of the cross with the blue sky... Definetely not scary... I feel peace with this image...

This is excellent Thilo! The croos is always a strong subject and I am always liking to view them for they are always presented in unique ways and this is no exception. I can't say I have ever seen a cross with so much snow on it! The deep blue sky is nice also and does make Me think of eternity!Thanks for Your comments Thilo! My best....................John

The ice shapes on the cross give to the shot a special dinamism in order to the speed and direction of the frosted wind.
