Thanks Jurgen..I didn't even notice that.
It's difficult to get a really good shot of the Water Tower. There's lots of street clutter...traffic lights, wire...etc
That part is kinda frustrating

Stunning picture, Larry. Colors, composition, perspective, blue sky. Perfect.
This is one of my favorite areas in Chicago. The Water Tower (center) is one of the last pieces of Chicago architecture that survived the 1871 Great Fire. Interesting how you found a perspective that it looks just as tall as the Park Hyatt just left of it.
Also, pretty unique how the Hancock seems to be built on top of the Water Tower Place.
The only possible improvement, IMHO, would be to eliminate the little building piece in the upper left. What do you think?
