About I have been playing with lights again and posed my three children together and then toned it on the computer.

A bit of fun.

BTW...this is for you Kel. I know you probably have one of these hidden in your folders...so drag it out and show us your version...hehehehehe!!

Thankyou so much David. I take a lot of photos of my children, not just because I am their mother, but because it also helps them as individuals with their self confidence. And it works.

good idea. I love those kind of composits. Your kids are gorgeous. I did a couple of those myself but usually only for family events. Never thought about posting those here.

Thanks Mark. I know that my daughter is great in front of the camera and also in PSP. She wants to be a photo artist when she grows up. The younger one is a poser much like my daughter so no doubt he will have the ability. The older boy is more serious and less attention grabbing but likes to work behind the camera. So who knows...I may have a ready built staff for my business....LOL!!

No Larry. I did one picture but because of their individual skin tones they looked different to one another so I split it into three on the pc and altered the brightness and contrast on each one.

Hey Judi, I love this of these guys, wish I were closer and had chance to shoot them also!!

By toning, what do you mean, the skin tones and such?
You did 3 seperate pics?

me gusto mucho esta foto. los rostros sobre fondo negro se ven espectacular, me recuerda el video "Rasodia Bohemia" de Queen. También ayuda mucho el semblante serio de los niños, parecen unos pequeños hombres.

felicitaciones.

Luke, they knew that I wanted them serious for these shots. The oldest and the youngest are absolute posers while the middle one likes the serious photos only. The two posers had me laughing so much during it with the faces they were pulling. So it turned into quite a fun shoot.

Thanks Paul. I was using two light setups. I did notice her face was different to the others and altered all three individually on the computer, so that is probably why they seem so different.

i like this. it is well done. the toning makes it a somber photo but not to serious.

what a beautiful crop of kids this year!
I can tell you're watering their souls well.

Since we're on lighting...
I love the lighting on her face. It's the best.
Just below her, the lighting angle is noticeably different. Toning's awesome.
