The effect is fantastic - almost has a infared feel to it. I would assume that it's much more dramatic than the original, although the original probably also looked quite neat.

I've been learning a little bit in PS myself. It is an incredible tool that will do almost anything when it comes to photo editing, just have to learn to use it.
Great shot here, I like the creativity using colors, and how the buildings wrap around the lake. Great job!

Great image. It looks like what you might get if you were to mount a negative and project it with a slide projector. Nice sharpness throughout the photo. The clouds just pop out of the sky with an almost three dimensional feel.
