Mrs Fox is right, this is a Junco. Folks from up north call them Snow Birds. How do you get such a perfect focus on something that generally moves every two seconds? Wonderful picture.

This little bird is actually a dark eyed Junko.
I noticed these birds at my feed and didn't know what it was, I had to look it up!
Great shot! I just love trying to get bird shots, they are so challenging!
