I wouldn't actually the exposure is too dark. Any darkness really adds to the tense atmosphere created by the tension in the sky and those foreboding mountains.

Great work you pulled off here .. magic sky .. great decentral composition with diagonal lines on the piers .. only the exposure hmmm .. just a tad too dark i think .. nothing much though ..
