I like the lighting and the black background in addition to the posing of the model, but I agree with ppdix in that the retouching is exaggerated.

Very elegant pose. The golden light on her hair is outstanding. The only thing I see that would have helped would be that her hair is too blurred at the left of her face. Nicely done though.
