Very well done: toning, depth...
As to composition, perhaps i would have liked to see more sky and less pond, as the bottom part of the water is dull and shows no reflection nor does it let us see the bottom of the pond .. so .. just my 2c of course ;-)

such a moody beautiful scene and nicely captured. i think it would benefit to mask out the USM on the upper right corner on the horizon as there is a considerable amount of haloing. other than that one nitpick this is really very wonderful.. the placement of the horizon is very dynamic and pleasing.
