No Fabio, this aircraft was delivered to the USAF in mid 1945, stored until may 47 then assigned to the national air guard serving with 6 units until it was sold to a texan consortium. It was overhauled and the military hardware removed and christened Miss Torque, it perfomed at air shows in the US until 1983 when it was sold to the Alpine collection in NZ.

what a beautiful bird...my father worked on these in ww2...my favorite war bird...
