About The weird angles and curves is how the farm house actually looked when I took these shots. The house completely fell in on itself a couple of months later.

Thank you very much Monique!
You know what??
You have to slow down and take the time!
Life is too short to be busy all the time.

Wow I love this shot. I always want to stop on the side of the road when I see old shed's etc. but I never have time. They are one of my favorite subjects for a picture

Wonderful photo, and thanks for sharing. As you stated, they are disappearing fast (old Things)

I am going to start developing my own B+W film, but I will still scan and print digitally. It took me a while to get quality prints from an inkjet, but I have it wired now. B+W printing on an inkjet is MUCH harder than colour.

Thanks again Richard!
To tell you the truth, I really enjoy b/w! The camera club (b/w printing) is shutting down for good at the end of March, but I will still continue to roll my own film and shoot away. Just have to send it away for developing.

I like this one the best of the series Gord. The conflict of converging lines, and contrasting textures really adds to the tension of the scene. You should do more B+Ws, but then maybe I am biased.

I'm glad you weren't there when it fell in, Gord! I like all the details you've got in this image, though, and the b/w tones are great!
Dave.

Gord, how nice that you got this shot before the cave-in. I like the b/w because it accents the age and the lines of the house. -- Debby

Excellent! I love all the angles you have captured here. Isn't it funny how an abandoned house can be a photographers dream.
