I think I would like this better as a vertical image exluding the legs. The skin seems a bit more brighter than the other and appears nice with the white shirt~

No I didn't oversharpen and I didn't use the High pass filter. Good catch though, I applied some light sharpening before photoshop manipulation. Should have done it last as I usually do because the manipulations will exaggerate any sharpening. Thanks for pointing that out.

I would say you may have over sharpened. Hmmmm. It looks like you may have used the High pass filter? Either way, nice photo, good lighting. But I would tone back the sharpness a tad. good job.
