Hi Michael, this is great. Can you imagine this as a piece if jewelery? In red, white and yellow -gold! This would be fantastic. I would submit this as an idea to a goldsmith and see what they could do with it. Patterns like this from nature are so hard to reconstruct, and here you have found a perfect one. really appreciate your input... I do shoot in the morning, but I prefer the late afternoon light,with the nice yellow goldish glow. There have been times a flash was used after sunset, or on foggy overcast days....

so many thanks for it, again&again!! without your eye&cam (and usefilm, of course!) I'd never had the possibility to see all these masterpieces of sand&sea&rock&light (@light: do you take the most of your rock pictures in the morning? seeems so...) sculpting... a permanent exhibition of nature's finest abstract art.
