A little dark but good

I like this even though it is very dark. It is moody and foreboding. The pigeon is perfect in the foreground. I am not sure you need all of the pier? to the left as the details arent there. Just my opinion - you will have realkised I know nothing about composition other than what pleases my eye from looking at my portfolio!
