I agree entirely Dave, you spotted exactly what I did.
The colours are superb but there's no real contrast - so if in doubt, try it B&W.

Ten times better picture in b&w ... great shot. Looking at it without reading the 'about' I had the feeling of stumbling across a lonely stretch of some long-forgotten narrow-gauge line rusting quietly in the forest... much more romantic than the actual fact, I fear.

I like the b/w in this one, Ade! It seems to have a real "sparkle" to it. I think in the colour version the tracks get lost in the similar colours of the railbed and you lose them a bit.
