Last time I photographed her was in January 2003. The picture of a tiny girl enjoying new traditional clothes for TET (Lunar Calendar New Year) became popular after published in Vietnamese Magazine in California.
But that was a grainy copy. By end of last October, I travelled to Memphis to ask her parent for me to "rework".
When seeing her in the viewfinder, I knew that it was too late. She is no more a fragile and tiny kid like I had in mind. She is 11 already. So this is my first try of a portrait. Please tell me that it is OK to show her a copy.
