Dear Roberto
They may be siblings (http://www.usefilm.com/image/704070.html), it seems.
My flower will grow to big pineapple.(1 kg to upto 3 kg) Very tasty indeed. Cultivated commercially here in Kerala. Vast fields can be seen.

Espantosa, Roberto!

Thaks for comments Roger! Really Brazil is a mix of various kind of people! My grandfathers are japanese and i lived to work (dekasseki) in iida-shi Nagano-ken for work between 1992-1995.
I have lucky to have an Amazing nature near from my City.
Best wishes!
Roberto.

Roberto,

Ah, Brazil. Now I understand the combination of "Roberto" with a Japanese name (I live in Japan!). Thanks for your kind comment on one of my very first macros. You have so many beautiful macros and flowers that I'm touched you even noticed mine--and much encouraged! What a fantastic flower THIS one is... amazing. Never seen anything like it. Isn't Nature wonderful!
