Approved indeed. I go to Paris 4 times a year. I love it. The tower still manages to impress me every single time.

Thanks marc - i quite like the tree to. Yes i did get a sparkly one but unfortunatley did not come out very nice - shot freehand and not very focused :(

Great timing on this! Did you try taking a photo while the tower was going all sparkly? I wanted to try while I was there but never made the time. I think the tree fits, fills up an otherwise boring piece of gray sky. Cheers, Marc

I think you succeeded superbly in elevating this over the "thousands on the postcards" - Excellent composition and lighting of what could easily be just another cliched shot! Best regards, David

It's a classic shot of the eiffel tower but the lighting realy caught my eyes. Especially how you captured the two beems of light at the top. Because of the bright lights, it brings out the lines in the tower and makes it an interesting shot. Keep up the good work.

Approve??? Hmmm...let me think now...yeah, I suppose it will do...!! Only joking, it's wonderful. The colours of the lights reflecting off the structure makes it look like it has been spun out of gold. Actually, come to think of it, I have one here that I have been working on for a friend of mine...Very similiar, you think?
