What a strong portrait!!. I don't think it's too dark generally, but it is a bit flat. Some gentle tweaking to lift it on the tonal scale would do it more justice I think. Ray Heath has mentioned something similar, but I don't think you should crop the thumb, the way the cloth is being held adds to the Character and fits with the facial expression. Your portfolio shows great ability to produce glamour in your pictures, the beauty and attraction of the model doesn't hurt either. Keep shooting Maris, you have talent. My compliments, Bill

Maris, a stunningly beautiful face, I'm disappointed in your presentation, if you know it's a little dark why not tweak it a little before posting
you've used the best light for portraiture and the best composition, love the grain, image just needs a little lightening and contrast and the light object (finger?) removed
check out the changes I made, shadows darker, midtones darker, highlights brighter, rotate and crop
