About When you pick a new lens all you wanna do is try it. This is a ceiling light at my work. At 300mm 4.5 it gets much more interesting. Since it's fluorescent there's the green cast which doesn't bother me that much since the image is abstract. I find the graphism very interesting.
The film is a 13 years old expired Kodak EPR. It was kept in the freezer during this period but its colors ended up undersaturated... I was expecting worse results... Now I'm using a Fuji that was kept under the same conditions. Let's see who keeps colors longer :)

Lens 300mm 4.5 EDIF AI shot wide open at 1/125s, at around 3 to 4 meters, handheld, a little underexposed. As you can see, focus is very precise, there's no evident lateral color. ED glass is worth its fame.

Favorita.
