Wow Gayle!! This is absolutely beautiful! I think the older I get the more beautiful getting old gets! LoL! This is a powerfully evocative image of beauty and I think the right side desat choice was just brilliant . . . it makes a big difference in this comp. Thanks for showing me this! :)

Aging gracefully. Just what a lot of us hope to do. I really like the cropping. It gives the feeling that our beauty here is being eased on out of the picture.

Excellent selective desaturation Shameless. The flower is not yet ready to give up its beauty and colour and fade to black and white. The petals are starting to droop and wither but the greens remain strong and sharp. Very creative.
