Very cool shot man. I love the persepective, this is a very cool building. The contrast between the smooth building and the texture of the clouds is cool. I think it really adds to the composition. Framing is right on in my opinion. Maybe could have stretch the values a little but otherwise its really strong. Excellent work.

The balance here is gorgeous. Very nice image. good tonal balance and great sky. I would like to see the very edges of the sky at the boundries of the image on the right burned ever so slightly to balance the sky all around the perifery. Nice abstract image. Well done.
