Congratulations, Rawabi on your well-deserved recognition.
I love this photo and the way the eyes come to life as the man paints.
I have posted Gourmet Godzilla for your benefit, because I appreciated your comment on Feeding Frenzy, but was unable to reply with a photo attached. Some kind of glitch.
I do not give up easily and I wanted you to see that your suggestion made a difference.
Thanks, Leora

Good eye Rawabi. You are such a fine photographer I can understand why you prefer it to painting. Painting is sooooo slow. And you are sooooo good. I hope you just keep on doing what you're doing.

WOW........... superb capture, Rawabi! i love the lion's eyes as well...
when i lost my fiance' who was a a good helicopter pilot at his young age of 37, six months b4 our wedding day and i was saved by a policeman, i had four months and a half of Counseling and when lady Psychologist said i was fine and our weekly sessions would end, she suggested that i take oil painting lessons to entertain myself the years that were to come and soothe stress... Rawabi, i already admired Art, like You, and i could not believe the Joy i found into private lessons (which i kept for nearly two years) from a young Fine Art University Bachelor, also Italian descendant like me, named Renata Gesomino. it's been four years now and painting is now part of me... i encourage You to take private individual Lessons from someone with accomplished technic (in my case the lady took 4 years University course to Master her technic and have her Degree), but the results and fullfilment was worth the hours, the high cost at the expense of widening my mind into more and more creative thinking and abstracts thoughts that helped me dig deeper into some fascinating European Museum Tours!

Hi Rawabi, nice series; I've been watching them with much pleasure. Very creative! I like the idea beind it; the artist capturing the artist....;o) Well composed, but, just out of curiosity, have you considered cropping the top right corner out? The arm is a bit distracting, I think. Other than that, a fine shot, Very original.
Cheers,
Hugo

I am glad you have continued with the series, it is interesting and the photos are all excellent in themselves - with good strong compositions showing an artist at work. If it gives you satisfaction and enjoyment - you should continue Margaret
