this was taken during the mating season of elk in Rocky MTN NP, this bull elk was walking around the heard licking all the females butts, was quite funny, but i also thought this made for a good view of the first snow of the season that left a white blanket over the high country....
any suggestions?? i know im a little far away from the elk, thats what my film camera is for, and i also hate the bush that is in the lower left corner. any thing else???
imaginging having to meet woman by licking there butts, i suppose i wouldnt be attracted to too many woman.... ha ha ha... thanks ryan for the comments...
Sometimes a little far away is just fine, and with the scene you have composed here it's hard to go wrong. Honestly, if you hadn't mentioned it I may not have noticed the bush, but since you did I suppose it is a little distracting. Besides, getting too close to one of these bulls when he's in that state of mind isn't such a good idea.
