Wonderful photo Amna, the composition is great and the detail is wonderful. I think it is a black cormarant.
I love the presentation, the dof could be a little longer - possibly opened up to F16 would have brought the distant waves a little more in focus. But that is really nit picking.
This really is super :-)

Nice shot Amna,for this kind of pictures you need a much faster shutter speed at least 1\1000
this is a good capture, I would sugges some cropping
