The foundation of any good Mexican meal is the flour tortilla. This was shot at MiTierra in San Antonio, a legendary (although mediocre) restaurant downtown. Jalapenos at the ready to add some spice to the meal.
yummmm!! 'm growing a pretty big habanero pepper in a pot, and i can hardly wait to taste the result as a nice addition to some mexican dish. :) i check it every day to see how much it's grown, but london can't exactly boast of a lot of sunshine, so... i guess i'll just have to be patient... :)
