hi Kambiz - thanks for your comments! these are what are left over when all the petals fall off a poppy flower. I almost prefer them to the flowers themselves, as they have so much character & are unique & beautiful in their own way. I don't know which type of poppy they are, though - i just came across them in someone's garden. Thanks, again - jennifer

i really like your floral macros ... colors are so vibrant and you lose your sense of the flower and instead focus on the dynamics of shape .... just like your other human-art forms
