This is some noise reduction software that can quickly set up profiles to reduce particular types of noise.
There is a free download here:

I am sufficiently impressed with the software, and poised to buy their Photoshop plug-in.

Actually I have NeatImage, but had too much documentation to finish before going to bed, so I stuck a fork in it and called it done.
I like the filtered version, Lori!
(Oh, and never fear about suggesting changes or modifying any of my pics. Heck, I'll happily e-mail the full-res version of anything to you!)

I like this image so much, but the noise bothered me, so I 'worked' on it, not really 'work' just applied the automatic Neat Image to it, hope it's OK.
