I am using PS 7 but am a klutz other than a few basics. i will try what you did here and see what i get. Usually I have my problem selecting what i want to move. I'll let you know jimc

What software are you using, Jim? This was done in Photoshop? I created a new layer and filled it with white, then pasted your image in as second layer? I selected the goose and grass with the freehand lasso tool and then, with the arrow tool selected, dragged the goose where I wanted it. Then I flattened the image and saved it. Hope this helps!!
