Starbucks French roast, ground at home as needed. with cream and sugar.

Or medium roast ie breakfast blend, and drink it black.

My family roots are in Norway and Sweden on my dads side, so coffee comes natural.

It does make quite a nice abstract. Pretty hot. Don.

Hmmm, melted mallows! Yum!
Coal fires are great for cooking real toast on, too, Jim!!
Nice image.
Best regards, Chris

No way Jim! That is waaaay too sweet for me! Give me spicy and salty food any time of the day (and night! )
I think I would manage a tiny bite of a very small smore ... maybe every six months or so! But coffee ... bring it on ... that is my downfall!

here is the deal. Smores are a homemade snack. You get 2 graham crackers ( they are sweet ) then you place a hersheys chocolate bar on one of them. Next you roast a marshmellow. While it is still very hot you place it on the hershey bar, add the other half of the graham cracker and squeeze them together melting the Hershey bar and then you eat these with coffee or hot chocolate. they are to kill for and only about 200 calories per bite.
Another way you can get the same effect is to take a 5 # bag of sugar and a tablesspoon and just eat it, washing down with generous gulps of coffee.

Great cowboy fire :-)

What are "smores"? Does it stand for "some more"?? :-)

Ohhh Jim...move over, I see the spot that will give me a perfect golden brown marshmellow, lol. Excellent capture, I can almost feel the heat, and hear the snap of the logs...beautiful color and detail..I especially love the layers on the lower left corner....Gloria
