Chris, how do you fancy writing a tutorial on these frames. I'm very impressed with the design.
I really like the thumbnail, but when I opened the main pick I have to admit to being just a tad disappointed. I really expected a super macro detailed sunflower in rich rich colours.... that will teach me to make assumptions won't it. Serves me right ;-)
I do still like what you have done and it certainly is OTW. Good job.

Almost burnt my retinas when this one popped up on the screen Chris. It would make a stunning large poster to brighten up any dreary waiting room. Regards John

- or flying sunflower!! :-) It looks like it runs away from something...very scarry!! :-)The filter you have used DOES make the center of the flower noisy!!! Love the colours...the yellow on the blue sky.. and...again: the silly way you put it into the frame :-)Lovely... and btw..I like the texture of the frame.Perhaps you could have use some of this texture in the flower?? Just an idea.. ;-)
Love, Merete

Chris! You are really moving away from your typical cottage-work! Hmmm ... I LOVE the frame, meaning the texture and colours. But I think the sunflower without any texture/filters might have been a better choice? I don't like the yellow bleeding into the sky and clouds. Still ... a very "in your face" image - which I think you intended? :-) Linn

Wow that is radical - watch it Chris or you will be taking up surfing next ;-) I hate to admit it, but it does look cool - maybe I'm getting too old, maybe I shouldn't of had my birthday last week ... or maybe I should not be commenting in the middle of a 12 hour night shift ... is it really 0245am right now lol

Hi Chris, This is really a coincidence.... I have been photographing sunflowers too this afternoon and....yes.....wanted to try something different too! Our images are NOT very much alike, both sunflowers but so different. I like this one a lot. Bright and cheerful! Gives me that "sunny" feeling. My compliments for your creativity! greetings, Diana.
