Very original Burak and nicely caught.
The sea seems to have rich tones plus the motion blur but I think is a little too light. Try making a selection on the sea in PS and using a seperate lecels and curves adjustment.

I like this A LOT! Terrific idea and execution, and so interesting that every one of the people has their feet up that way. I also like how they are more spread out toward the bottom. It all works well.

A very imaginative photograph .. Burak. .. This is so well done. Looking down from the upperdeck and seeing this Image .. and then shooting....Excellent. The action of the water rushing by and the stillness of the legs .. is perfect. Well don friend.
( am sorry to hear of the train crash.. my prayers go out to those people.)
