About lol just a thought. I shot this in black and white, as I'm partial to those you know, but now I wish I'd taken in color also. This was a lovely deep blue. Very shiny.

I don't think it would look quite right. Your picture is perfect just the way it is. Keep up the great work.

Great shot. I think it suits B+W. Virginia seems like a goldmine for subjects such as this.

This is wonderful in B/W Rebecca because it just fits the age of the car, but like Gayle said, I would love to see it in the deep blue also. Just take it from a different angle and post it too. You can't lose. I love the slight upward angle of the car, gives it a strong looming quality. Beautiful capture with the light and setting. The car just shines and doesn't look as scary. That is why your title really fits. It is waiting to drive the old eccentric lady around for the day. Great job!

Yes, a shame we don't get to see the blue!

But a nice photo, nonetheless. Wish I owned one of these.

BW -- best -- IMHO -- I hate when folks say that-- if they were really humble it goes unsaid --
Neil Young says
"Long may you run,
Long may you run,
Although these changes have come.
With your chrome heart shinin' in the sun,
Long may you run"
Again Neil Young
Long may you run.

Kev -- Just a showin' my age... great shot...K
